We melt dark Belgian chocolate (62% cocoa) into our original Scottish recipe creating a rich - but not overly dark - chocolate experience.
This is our "plain" chocolate fudge, but it's far from ordinary.

After all the amazing reviews , ( including one from a life time friend)I was expecting a very decadent treat . I as very disappointed, it was not at all creamy or buttery ... it was kinda dry & grainy. i don’t want to eat ( no one in my family likes it either ) or give as a gift . I had just messaged you this afternoon about your guarantee for a refund . I will return (by mail)if necessary . You packing was very nice ... I must have gotten an off batch .... not all these people can be wrong

Belgian chocolate fudge is sinfully rich and delicious. No gritty texture. So hard to resist nibbling all day long, and ordering more before I eat it all up! Highly recommend.

I have tried a lot of fudge shops and this one wins, they are the best. There may be better somewhere but I haven't found it and don't intend to look anymore!
