We melt dark Belgian chocolate (62% cocoa) into our original Scottish recipe creating a rich - but not overly dark - chocolate experience.
This is our "plain" chocolate fudge, but it's far from ordinary.

Can't get enough of this great fudge, but I also have to say that the people that work for Mill Fudge Factory are also great. They were so helpful to me when I had trouble placing an online order. They went out of their way to help.
