1. Worthy of mail order

   It's our second time ordering this fudge by mail. It remains fresh long enough for our NH delivery and eating time afterward. Freezing extra fudge as suggested works out well---it doesn't affect taste or texture, at least not for the short-term. None has hung around longer to test the effects of long-term freezing.
   I'm not usually a big fan of chocolate fudge, but the Belgian chocolate has a complexity that puts it above others I've tried.

   We are hooked on this maple fudge. I buy it by the 2 pounds and keep some frozen as we eat a piece. It is our Pandemic Stay Home Stay Safe after lunch treat. The flavor and texture is perfect.

    I love this flavor. The taste and texture are both perfect. I always order several of these and toss in something else for variety, but I always wish I had more of the maple. I just can’t get enough.
