   I sent a box of fudge to a friend for her birthday, kind of last minute, but the box got there on her birthday and she loved it! Wicked yummy fudge! Thank you!

4. Good but Late

   The fudge was very well received, still awaiting final input from the gift recipient. Premium was paid for 2 day delivery, and that promise was broken. Package was ordered on 12/18, to be delivered no later than 10/21, and did not arrive until the week after Christmas. Awful. I will be demanding a refund of the shipping charge.
   
   UPDATE to review dated January 3rd:
   
   The Mill Fudge Factory followed up to my message to them and my review dated January 3rd, and kindly offered to refund the delivery charges for the holiday gift that was late in arriving due to failure of its delivery service to execute, timely. This issue was not the fault of the Factory; but they stepped up for the poor performance of the delivery company, and made things right. In an era where competence and accountability are increasingly hard to come by, the Mill Fudge Factory delivered both in abundance. That, combined with a delicious product, ensures that I will be calling on them again, and again. Thanks for reminding me that customer service and attention to detail are still alive!

   We sent out several boxes of fudge as Christmas gifts. All the recipients raved about the fudge! The Scottish Whiskey was a huge hit!

    Bought for wife on Mother's Day ..got sampler ..I sampled Belgium choc and sea salt caramel ..just wonderful ..froze 3 of 4 as u must consume within 10 days or so ..very rich and super smooth ..
