We melt dark Belgian chocolate (62% cocoa) into our original Scottish recipe creating a rich - but not overly dark - chocolate experience.
This is our "plain" chocolate fudge, but it's far from ordinary.

Mill Fudge Factory makes the best fudge in the universe. I am a longtime customer -- I purchase their fudge as gifts for friends and family. Frankly, I want to own their recipes!

The chocolate fudge (with/without nuts or peanut butter) is the best fudge I've ever eaten -- creamy, rich, consistently perfect. I give it as gifts throughout the year!

Had this one once before and it is really a hard decision between the Cappucino and Lil' bit of Irish. OMG they are all so wonderful. Best I've ever had.

This, by FAR, is the B-E-S-T fudge I've ever tasted. I first had this fudge at a holiday expo and was impressed with the smooth flavor without that sweet puckering aftertaste many fudges leave. I can't remember what the Chief Fudge Officer at the expo said the difference was in their families Scottish fudge recipe, but I can say it rocks! If you are purchasing this as gift, you can't go wrong with this flavor.
